How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per physical therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Medicare
George R. Espinoza, PT is Medicare contracted. Billing will be
handled by our staff as a convenience for the patient. Contact our

Uninsured Fees
Due to high deductibles and extravagant cost for medical coverage, some clients may choose to personally pay for physical therapy services rather than going through their insurance company. We are willing to discuss our out-of-pocket service fees.
